Can I try before I buy?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 full analysis every month with the complete, sourced report — no card, no trial period to forget about.
Where do the figures in a report come from?
Every analysis runs fresh web research through Perplexity’s Sonar API, and OpenAI’s models write the report from those results. Market figures carry the publisher behind them, competitor profiles cite the competitor’s own website, and anything without a source is marked as an estimate — never presented as fact. A source link shows where a point came from; open it to judge the source yourself.
Does Validora crawl or scrape websites?
No. Validora doesn’t run a crawler or download web pages itself. It sends research questions written from your idea to Perplexity’s Sonar API, which searches the web and returns answers with source links and short excerpts. Validora keeps those links and excerpts with the report so you can see where each point came from.
Do credits expire?
Never. Buy once, use whenever. Credits stay in your account indefinitely and aren't tied to a billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
You move to the free plan at the end of the billing period. Every report you already have stays in your account — those are yours.
Is my data private?
Yes. Analyses are private by default. The only way someone else sees a report is if you generate a share link and send it to them.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Paid plans and credit packs are not on sale yet — you can start on the free plan today. When they open, payments will be processed by a payment provider acting as our Merchant of Record, named at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Plus and Pro subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on first payment. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; spent credits are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for full details.
