01Acceptance of Terms

Validora (validora.io) is a product of C2D Works Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“C2D Works”, “we”, “us”), Merkez Mah. Akar Cad. iTower Bomonti No: 3, İç Kapı No: 154, Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye. These terms are an agreement between you and C2D Works.

By using Validora you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

02Description of Service

Validora is software that helps founders and product teams evaluate ideas and plan their product. For each analysis it runs web research through Perplexity’s API and has OpenAI’s models write a report from the results; both are used through their official APIs. Validora is an independent product of C2D Works Yazılım A.Ş. and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or Perplexity.

Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or business advice. We are not a substitute for due diligence, professional consultation, or your own judgment.

03User Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. One account per person. Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.

04Free Plan & Subscriptions

• Free plan: 1 analysis per calendar month with the full report, and a daily allowance of AI tool uses. Further analyses use credits.
• Plus subscription: includes 10 analyses per calendar month, a daily allowance of AI tool uses and PDF export; further analyses that month use credits. Billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. Auto-renews until canceled.
• Pro subscription: includes 30 analyses per calendar month, a higher daily allowance of AI tool uses, and PDF export; further analyses that month use credits. Billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. Auto-renews until canceled.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

05Credits

• Credits are non-transferable. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; spent credits are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.
• Credits do not expire.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

06Payments & Billing

• Paid plans and credit packs are not on sale yet. Once they are, all payments are processed by a payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, named at checkout.
• The payment provider handles VAT, sales tax, and payment compliance on our behalf.
• Validora never stores your payment details. Card data is held entirely by the payment provider.

07Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or use Validora for automated bulk usage (connecting your own coding agent through our MCP integration is allowed). You may not submit content that violates applicable law, contains malware, or is intended to harm others.

You may not use Validora, including its AI tools, to create or request:

• sexual or sexually suggestive content, and any content involving minors in a sexual or harmful way;
• violent, hateful, harassing or threatening content, or content that promotes self-harm;
• content that depicts or impersonates a real person without their consent, or deceptive content such as deepfakes;
• logos, trademarks or other material that copies someone else’s brand or infringes their rights;
• content that facilitates illegal activity.

Validora does not generate images. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

08Intellectual Property

Validora owns the platform, the software, the SPI methodology, and the brand. You own the analysis data you submit. Reports generated for you are licensed to you for personal and business use; you may not republish them as your own product.

09Disclaimers

Reports are AI-generated. They are not a substitute for professional advice. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular decision. Research comes from web search results returned by third-party APIs, whose accuracy is outside our control. A source link shows where a point came from; it does not mean the source is correct.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Validora is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms. You may stop using Validora at any time; you can delete your account in Settings → Delete account, or email contact@validora.io from your account email.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.

13Changes to Terms

We will give 30 days notice via email for material changes. Continued use of Validora after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
