01Acceptance of Terms

By using Validora you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

02Description of Service

Validora provides AI-powered startup idea validation reports. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. We are not a substitute for due diligence, professional consultation, or your own judgment.

03User Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. One account per person. Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.

04Free Plan & Subscriptions

• Free plan: 2 analyses per month, 5 sections per analysis.
• Pro subscription: billed monthly or annually via Paddle. Auto-renews until canceled.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

05Credits

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
• Credits do not expire.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

06Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
• Paddle handles VAT, sales tax, and payment compliance on our behalf.
• Validora never stores your payment details. Card data is held entirely by Paddle.

07Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or use Validora for automated bulk usage. You may not submit content that violates applicable law, contains malware, or is intended to harm others.

08Intellectual Property

Validora owns the platform, the software, the SPI methodology, and the brand. You own the analysis data you submit. Reports generated for you are licensed to you for personal and business use; you may not republish them as your own product.

09Disclaimers

Reports are AI-generated. They are not a substitute for professional advice. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular decision. Market data is sourced from third-party APIs whose accuracy is outside our control.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Validora is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from Settings → Account.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.

13Changes to Terms

We will give 30 days notice via email for material changes. Continued use of Validora after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
